THEY NEW OWNERS SENT NOTICES THAT ALL BAMBOO SHADES ON BALCONIES, PATIO FURNITURE, FLOWER BASKETS, CLOTHES DRYING RACKS..... AND EVEN AMERICAN FLAGS HAD TO BE REMOVED. IS THIS NOT OUR HOME? SHOULD WE NOT BE COMFORTABLE IN OUR LITTLE PERSONAL PLACE? My husband works 6 days a week 6 am to 6 pm they were closed by then. So I sent 3 messages via northshore portal informing we weren't renewing. We left nice stuff for them to have (maintenance or office people) which they've always welcomed previously and now they want to charge storage... the place was immaculate etc when left. Bleached everything. Cleaned baseboards blinds everything. Everyone was nice while we lived there but boy greystar will try to steal from you.
